About Bisous & Food
Who am I?
Writing is a very difficult thing for me and starting this food and dog blog, is one hell of a challenge. And if you are reading about me, first, I would like to thank you for having an interested in me, my cooking, or my dog, Bisous.
My name is Huey, nice to meet you! Cooking has a very deep connection to me as when I was studying high school in Australia, I realized that while I was learning how to cook meanwhile I was able to connect better with people (I was an introvert!), to learn better English, and dare to create, accept trial and error.
But when I began to start working in my early 20s, busy work schedule, social life, and pack with all kinds of entertainment, I had lost track of the fun of cooking, I become lazy especially living in Hong Kong, takeaway can be very convenient and value for money.
Well, in 2019, COVID hits, and I was forced to stay home, and tired of eating the same thing over and over, hence I began to pick up cooking again and here we are now.
I am currently living in France. And planning to move to Canada.

I will update constantly on my cooking and will share my recipe and feel free to follow. Happy to answer any questions if you are facing any difficulties in cooking. I am just a home cook but passionate about making great food for friends and family.
BISOUS
